NICU360 provides educational reference material and calculation aids for neonatal care. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for clinical judgment, institutional protocols, or senior review.
Always verify calculations, doses, and thresholds against your local protocol and current guidelines before any clinical decision. You remain fully responsible for the care you deliver.
Do not enter patient names, record numbers, dates of birth, or any other patient-identifiable information anywhere in the app — including discussion posts and calculator inputs. The app is not a system of record and is not intended to process protected health information.
You are responsible for activity under your account. In discussions, be professional: no harassment, no spam, no content that violates patient confidentiality or applicable law. Community text is screened before publication, and members can report content or block another member. Content that breaks these rules may be removed and repeat violations may end account access.
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting you grant NICU360 a non-exclusive license to store and display that content within the app so the community features can work. Deleting your account removes comments, votes, reactions, pending submissions, and personal data. A previously approved discussion may remain as an anonymous community post without your name or account identifier.
Growth chart data is based on the Fenton 2025 preterm growth standard, used with the authors’ permission for non-commercial use — NICU360 is free, and donations only support the app’s upkeep. Clinical references cite their sources on each tool. Cited guidelines belong to their respective publishers.
NICU360 is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss or harm arising from use of the app, including clinical decisions made with its assistance.
